Software architect with 18 years in delivery, the last 10+ leading architecture across media, fintech, analytics and SaaS. I design systems that stay maintainable as they grow: multi-tenant platforms, clear module boundaries, separate operational and analytical data, and decisions written down. I've taken teams of up to 12 from proof of concept to production — including a shared platform behind 20 media products.

Since 2025 I build primarily with AI coding agents. I'm the architect and reviewer: I write the spec, set the conventions, break down the work — agents write the code under test-driven, reviewed workflows. Production systems that once needed a team now ship in weeks, without giving up quality or control.
